Hula Noho: A Service of Aloha

In the Hawaiian language, Hula can translate to the English word dance and Noho at times can be translated as seated. This seated dance class explores our mental, physical and emotional health. We use dance and music to strengthen our connections, share our culture and experience storytelling as a community. Hula Noho is a “Quality of Life” program supported by the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation.
