Many people's first plays are directly related to their lives. Heck, many people's tenth plays are directly related to their lives! There's usually a layer of self in the text, regardless of how apparent it is to others. In this workshop Lisa will give writing prompts that will help you mine your own life for inspiration and share some insight about her experience doing solo and autobiographical plays. We'll have a group conversation about the how's and why's of doing the work and talk about our ideas for projects.
